About the Role:
As our Back of House (BOH) Manager, you will be an integral part of the JOE & THE JUICE team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Store Manager in executing stock handling procedures, ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes. This role carries a significant responsibility for managing deliveries, maintaining stock levels, organizing the stockroom, and overseeing waste management processes.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee weekly deliveries of fresh food and dry stock equipment, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Manage stock levels and maintain target stock ideals through regular assessments.
Organize and maintain an efficient Back of House (BOH) stockroom for easy access to stock.
Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) management to ensure stock quality and minimize waste.
Analyze weekly financial KPIs related to stock performance and engage the team in operational improvements.
Report on waste management, analyzing trends, and educating the team on best practices.
Qualifications:
Ability to work early hours, starting from 4 AM on delivery days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
Relevant practical experience in stock management or a similar role is preferred.
