About the role:
As our Food Preparation Staff Member, you will be a part of our big JOE & THE JUICE team in Manchester Store, 5 Cross St - one of our most successful bars. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for our juice, sandwiches and much more. In the process, you will have a great responsibility for controlling the stores' gross profit as well as compliance regarding our hygiene procedures.

Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Having an overview of how much should be prepped for our store on a day-to-day basis
- Being the key responsible of ensuring that all food items are prepared on a day-to-day basis
- Rotating stock according to established procedures (FIFO)
- Keeping the kitchen environment clean and tidy
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
Qualifications:
· Working night shifts
· Relevant practical experience from a similar job
